The Saguache
County Museum tells the story of the pioneers who settled
and tamed the northern San Luis Valley.
There is a special
exhibit on the life of Alferd Packer,
the "Colorado Cannibal".
The Hazard House Museum portrays the
life-style of
affluent families in Saguache in the 1920s and
1930s.
